Abrasive Water Jet Cutting

Water jet cutting is used to cut materials using a jet of high-pressure water and abrasive sand. This water jet reaches pressures as high as 55,000 pounds per square inch (psi). The combination of high-pressure water and abrasive sand enables more materials to be cut cleanly to close tolerances squarely and with a good edge finish. Our water jet machine is capable of cutting many industrial materials, including stainless and carbon steel, armor plate, tool steel, aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, titanium, rubber, plastic granite, wood, and cardboard.

Ideal for making custom parts for the entertainment industry and designing new parts, our abrasive water jet cutter is a valuable resource to many customers. This process is suitable for short runs and decorative artwork required in the lighting industry.
