Jay Manufacturing is your partner in precision long or short-run custom metal stamping and water jet cutting. For three generations, we have helped manufacture quality metal stamped parts on time and to specification. We are respected experts in manufacturing metal inserts for molded rubber parts, including deep-drawn parts, aluminum metal stamping, brass, bronze, copper, and titanium metal stamping, stainless and carbon steel metal stamping, as well as rubber and wire mesh stamping. Our numerous years of experience with and knowledge of metal stamping and abrasive water jet-cutting processes make us valuable members of any team.


Located in Southern California, Jay Manufacturing Corporation was founded in 1944. The original plant was located in Burbank, California, near Lockheed Aircraft Company and Disney Studios. Today, after three generations of stewardship by the Jordan family, Jay Manufacturing is located in North Hollywood, California, led by Mark Jordan, President. Our commitment to manufacturing the most refined precision-stamped products has remained the same over the last 75-plus years and makes us your sheet metal stamping experts.
Jay Manufacturing provides a full-service metal stamping and forming solution for all our customers. We can make tools, manufacture, assemble, finish and package, stamp, form, or cut metal parts to be shipped to any location, on time, and to specification.
